Saving Money
Saving money, being frugal, living on the cheap….today, more than ever, people everywhere are trying to stretch their hard-earned cash as far as it will go. No longer is it considered shameful to be considered "cheap". In fact, because of the stalled economy, cheapskates are actually becoming local heroes (see story here).
In some places, like my current home city of Madison, Wisconsin, living frugally and not wasting resources have become more than just sage pieces of advice. Rather, they have become entire city mottos. On State Street, in the very heart of Madison, stands a store that sells merchandise made from reclaimed refuse and recycled items.
You don’t have to live solely on recycled stuff to be frugal and price-savvy, however. There are plenty of other ways too. Below, I list many of the money-saving techniques that have worked for me throughout the years.

Mortgages and Mortgage Refinancing
